Ma ahile GC filing process ma chu ra mero employment history ma maile bahira kaam gareko chu bhanera sabai information lawyer lai diye. And now he is saying that there is no other way than me getting out of US, getting the H1 visa stamp on my passport and coming back in before applying. Lawyer lai maile mero F1 ma kaam gareko kehi narakh bhaneko mildaina rakhnai parcha bhancha.

GC is future job offered by the sponsored company and it does not matter if you have worked or not. EB1,EbB,EB3 kun category ma ho GC apply gareko? GC ko process ke ho bhanera bujhda sajilo huntheeyo ki ? Laywers ko pani kura sune tara affai pani alli alli ta research garna paryo ni.

anyway long story short ---
You should only give work experience that is legal and your lawyer should only furnish information provided by you......anything you did is out of the context and he should not be worry about that..........
