Your life was a nation’s pride, And your death, a nation’s loss, Your contributions will always be treasured, And your name, always remembered. Today the flag fly’s low, And we stand together, saluting you, For us, Nepalese and Nepal, You are our identity, And , you’ll always be loved.

May all the family members of departed souls get the ultimate strength from Almighty to bear this unbearable pain of Loss... my heart goes out for you all. I pray for the departed souls to rest in peace. truly sharing the pain with family and friends.. I think of you often and make no outward show, But what it means to lose you, no one will ever know You wished no one farewell, not even said good-bye, You were gone before I knew it, and only God knows why. You are not forgotten nor will you ever be, As long as life and memories last, I will remember thee. To some you may be forgotten, to others a part of the past, But to me who loved you dearly, your memories will always last. Nothing can be more beautiful than the memories I have of you. To me, you were someone special, God must have thought so too! If tears could build a staircase and memories a lane, I would walk all the way to Heaven, and bring you back again. -Anon.

may the sousl of all 24 who lost lives in the chopper crash rest in peace! i happen to know hem rajbhandari very closely and dearly in the last few years and hereby appeal to whoever concerned, especially SEBS, NTV, friend circles to provide whatever support they can to his bereaved family and help them to pass through this difficult time. i also hope that SEBS will facilitate the coordination and explore what additional support can be provided to his family. may his soul rest in peace!!!
