Constitutional experts say ethnicity-based federalism won't work..

Members of the 1990's constitution drafting committee have advised the political parties not to consider ethnicity or linguistic specialty as the basis for creating federal units.

Participating in a discussion organised by Constitutional Committee of the Constituent Assembly on Monday, the constitutional experts stressed the need to reflect the aspirations and demands of all sides in the constitution in order to make an inclusive federal Nepal. They said that ethnicity-based federal system can sow the seeds of disintegration of the nation.

I am not being biased or racist here..but i agree with experts on ethencity based federalism,i believe it will disintegrate nation,dis advantage minor ethenic groups with that region.What will be the best option.what is your view on that'.
