everytime there is a discussion over any topic someone comes up with a comment that says "they can track you down". Such comments might be followed by "arrest you" or "deport you".

I find it funny that no one has ever been tracked down for making offensive (maybe threatening) remarks let alone arrested.

here is what I think - yes they can track anyone down, but they wont. they dont really care. (not yet)
