Mr. Binod Pradhan and Ms. Anju Pradhan who stay @ Gaithersburg, MD. I am one of the victim of their Big Plan to screw up Nepalese. They bought with a idea through with which u can get GC easily. They told that U will get your GC within 3-4 months through Church. They will do all the process and it will cost around 25,000. But you have to pay 5000 at starting and by trusting them I paid them 5000 and they started the initial processing too and went for the fingerprint too, which was my big mistake. After doing fingerprint, later i came to know that i have been deined for the Work Permit as well as for other processing. Now my status is [Disallowed String for - bad word]ed up as my bad record is in USCIS database and if i used other process to get GC also, all the record will be their and i am sure that will hamper my whole stay in USA. They never gave back my money and they said that they have withdraw my filing and it won't hamper my future processing through other way. How can they delete the data from USCIS database. They try to fool me again. So, guys if somebody comes with an idea regarding Church be careful. It's just a scam and it's waste of money and screwing your status in USA.

i am suprised by the story. They should have given your money back unless the money went for the lawyer or for the process. If the money was their cut then they should have gave the money back to you. Why dont you complain it to the right bodies instead of writing their name in a public site. You can file a complain about them in USCIS as anonymous. Dont take me wrong but I dont think it is a good idea to put sombodies name in the public site like this. Maybe you have bad intention about them and at the same time there might be another side of the story. Personally I think you should complain to the USCIS,  only if you have enough proof to show that they had a ill intention. Chao

My question to "whatsgoing" meetra, how can you get green card through church. As far as I know you can get the R1 visa, not green card. If your story is true, the guy you gave money ripped you off. I am sorry for you Meetra.

My intention is not to harm anyone but to aware of such things. I have got just a week to decide if i am not going to apply or not and the person didn't gave me full detail about the process. After going through process I have done some research and came to know i am doing wrong. I am not only the victim. In my knowledge there are minimum 15-20 other Nepalese.
About complaining right bodies, it will put me myself in trouble, because i have been involved in the wrong processing. It has mention that you have to be in USA before 1982. So, there are lot of other criteria in the process that doesn't match and i had talked with them regarding this and they told that they will handle everything for which the cost is so high. Any how , my status and life is screwed, so if you guys get some kinds of these offers from anyone,don't jump on it without doing full research.

once again, you can complain  to the goverment without letting them know who you are. It is better to stop them by informing to the right places than by spelling their names in the public places. Just think, i can take your name in sajha and say you are this and that, but the real way is to inform it to the right places. If you are so worried about other neplai people being ripped off like you have been than you should be informing to the right places. I will not buy your story until the person is proven guilty. I am sorry but you are doing it totally wrong.

First of all, sorry for what happened to you. Brother! You should be aware of that any church won't process your applicatoin to the immigration without knowing you in person (meant your are a true member of any dinominational church) for longer period of time. I wonder how you come to believe on this whole scam. You should have consulted in sajha way earlier than this that who is truthful or not. I have a great sympathy on you that you have been scammed. I am so sorry that happened to my fellow countryman by another so-called countryman/women (on purpose).  These people are nothing but a piece of work. They have nothing but to cheat their own countryman by scamming, because they know better way to cheat their own people than anyone else. I have a local immigration attorney, who have taken care of my own case, let me know if I can be a part of your help. thanks.

Thanks for all the suggestion and help. Guys u know that i have given Cash to do all the process and i have already mention that i had only a week to do. Being USA for long time and not having good job and not been back in country for longtime has frustrated me a lot and i blinded trusted them and went for it. Any how, i had think about complaining too, but i don't have any legal proof  and i am afraid that if they start inquiry i will be also victim and i will also got caught and deported.  Now everything is past and my record has been updated as wrong person, so lets see what happen next??? No option.. nothing i can do.
