Looks like you need someone in New Mexico to let you use their address, so you can get your driver license which you can not revew in your home sate. Those days are gone bro.. The MVD is being very strict in New Mexico too. Cops arrested so many people using their address for someone else for the sake of driver license, because it is illegal. why would someone take that much risk?
