Haha...I was going through my old, old files and ran into this program that I had written a few years ago... I was amazed it still worked...apparently the database it connects to is still there!! :-D I thought people might want to try running it and test their knowledge about Nepal! It's got over a hundred questions about Nepal... - http://www.cs.niu.edu/~deepak/software/nepalquiz/binaries/QuizNepal.exe Click on it and select 'Run'... It is a very small program and should download in seconds... Take the quiz and post your score in x/y format: like 3/10. (that's my score, btw)

WOW! first time around i choosed general thinking that i wouldn't know much about history but hahaha who knew?? :P:P or maybe they were just lucky guesses! :) :) It seems you are really smart although you didn't really attempt that many questions. Just for your information, you received 87.5% of the total points. But can you believe that so many of us know so little about things? Here is a list of correct answers you didn't know: Question 2: Who is considered as the first king of ancient Nepal? Your answer was: Mandev Correct answer is: Dharmakar Please understand that the only goal of this software is to promote awareness among people about Nepal. It was written voluntarily by Deepak Khanal and is distributed freely for non-commercial use. Please email Deepak at deepak@cs.niu.edu for any suggestions, feedback, or comments.

sujanks, There may be errors. Thanks for the corrections. " Echoes uncle, how long did it take you to make this quiz up??" --nails I didn't make most of the quizzes myself. Other people made those. I simply wrote another piece of software that they could use to make the quizzes. Umm...it must have taken a few days to write all necessary software...Don't remember exactly... It was apparently almost 3 years ago... " I have 1000 odd questions that I had made long ago in my aspiration to form nepali trivia... ...But I guess we can make this work again, and sujanKS can be a critic to keep track of any anomalies..." -- oys_chill Sure. As we discussed last night, if you can take a lead and come up with a project charter document and assign specific roles to various people, I will be happy to take a secondary role... e.g. by either giving you the source-code of this software or by writing new software to meet your needs. I just don't have time to lead a new project, but am certainly willing to help in whatever way I can. Any other people interested in oys's initiative? Yeah, great seeing you last night... Did you create a sajha login for our friend yet? If you did, let me know what it is hai ta... Thanks guys. Have a nice weekend.

96/23, 2430/680 It seems you are smart. I think you should keep it up, don't you? Just for your information, you received 78.14% of the total points. But can you believe that so many of us know so little about things?

Ok, here is a nice trivia for you guys on history of Nepal. Name the king who lived the longest. he started his reign when he was 3. he could only rule until he was 34 and died when he was 68, the same year after a few months, his son also passed away, who overthrew his father at the age of 18 to rule the country.
