I think its not up to them that we should come back or not. Its up to u and me, Do u want to go back or not?
May I know the reason behind this questions. Personally, I would go only if necessary else I prefer to stay here.

Nepal is my maiti and US is my home. I will go nepal as I am going to Maiti and come back to my home. One thing I have to admit that I miss my Maiti so much and can't wait to go there again.

Ofcourse, Nepal ! It is where I belong. There's always 'but's that's making me a nomad.

As Noone said earlier, just strolling around in ktm, and sitting at the front of shops at ktm, and getting into gossips ! Ohh, what a feeling !

yeah it is up to us.. but u know everytime u call home n' they are like ohh dont' come back at all.... n' then in sajha u hear ppl talk about improving nepal... being involved... I dont' think anyone is ready to go home after finishing school.... which is fine by me, i totally understand but i get tired of listening to ppl bragging about things that needs to be done to improve the condition back home..
personally i can't go back, i won't have a job back home what I wanna do doesn't really exist in nepal, i am into marine sciences- marine mammals and i dont' think i can do much back home.. so I am here to stay.

Nepal is my Matribhumi and US - karmabhumi lol.. .

Nepal is both matri and karmabhumi for me though it might take sometime to make it karmabhumi. We can always find excuse not to go back.

It's not bragging that we do when we talk about the stuffs that need to be done or improved there. When I do that, I just wanna see whether we can locate the exact cause of problem there.

Finally, I owe to the people there, and I need to do something sooner or later, and there's noway that I can forget about them n' there.

no matter how healthy you are, you can't say you will never be sick, sometimes you will difinitely get sick and have to get treatment. same thing...no matter what, you can't say that u would never go back to nepal, sometimes you must have to go back nepal because of life style, freinds, family etc.........!!!

the most common reason for one's not going back to nepal is simple.we are paid less for the same amt of work done.
i am a nuring student and although i miss nepal,i don't think i am going back there to work as a nurse coz first of all nursing is not viewed as a respectable profession there as it is here.also you're spending so much on your studies here, you will want to earn more later when you begin with your career.
just my opinion.

Nepal is my future and Nepal my destination. I will definately go back in the near future which in less than 2 years. I feel stuck here for a year or two. I miss Nepal so much, my heart aches, if you know what I mean.

Here is are the lyrics from Disneys' Alladin that describes how I feel:

Oh I come from a land, from a faraway place
Where the caravan camels roam
Where it's flat and immense
And the heat is intense
It's barbaric, but hey, it's home

-Shiv
