The Jholey Supreme Court!
It seems that our Jholey Supreme Court wants to pick a fight with the Balen goverment. The UML Jholey justice is still pissed that she was passed over for another justice for the Chief Justice position because that person didn't have much party affiliation. This is what you get when you have two decades of mili-juli sarkar where political appointments were made either for boras of cash or your party affiliation. PM Balen is here to break up the mili-juli house party!
I think our Supreme Court has enough time to listen to every writ and petition in town but doesn't have the energy to take care of more than 20,000+ cases still waiting for closure. The Supreme Court is not happy that the government wants to get rid of politically affiliated student and trade unions in the country.
Our old chor political parties are worried as well. Student unions have been a breeding ground for stone throwing, railing bhaach-ing future chor netas while trade unions have been busy grabbing public land and renting it out to the real squatters or byaparis. This is how they fund themselves, their mother parties and also the chulos of our corrupt netas as well.
Our Supreme Court has issued interim orders to not abolish our great trade unions for civil servants and students unions as well. We will have to wait for the final hearings someday to find out if these jholey unions are abolished for good but until then let the jholeys rejoice but we all know that their time is up anyway.
Student unions have been beating up Professors, extorting from colleges and universities and disturbing academic sessions for decades. Our civil service trade unions have been busy threatening hakims for lucrative postings and promotions and enjoying other government perks.
The Balen government is not going to look the other way. It will find a way to take action against any illegal acts by these unions in the meantime and let's hope the Supreme Court in the coming days will make the right call.
Our judiciary has long been compromised. It will take us a decade or two to finally get rid of all the jholeys in our civil service, judiciary and even the police force. We have to be patient. There will be troublemakers along the way but I do believe that this government will prevail and will make us a better nation in the days to come.
I think some of our Supreme Court Justices who are from Jholeyland do not realize that the tide has changed and we are not going back. If the Rana Regime can go after 104 years and the Panchey Baja after 30, then why do these fools not understand that after decades of loot-tantra, the people have decided that they no longer want these buffoons to continue to loot us all.
This government wants to appoint folks on merit and not on how much cash they can donate to the RSP or just because you are close to the netas. It has taken us more than 250+ years to realize that 'afno manche' is not the way to go. We need 'ramro manche', the right person for the right job!
