काठमाडौं, पुस २६ - सरकारद्वारा रोजगारीमा प्रतिबन्धित इराकमा दुई सातादेखि १६ नेपाली अलपत्र छन् ।

नेपाली र भारतीय एजेन्टमार्फत् भारतको मुम्बईबाट जोर्डन हँुदै त्यहाँ पुगेका ती नेपाली बग्दादमा रोजगारदाता लिन नआएपछि अलपत्र परेका हुन् । अहिले उनीहरूलाई प्रहरीले विमानस्थलमै थुनेको छ ।

'१६ नेपालीलाई यहाँको विमानस्थलमा प्रहरीले थुनेको छ' दुबईको आपूर्ति कम्पनी केएफसीका तर्फबाट बग्दादस्थित अमेरिकी सैनिक क्याम्पमा कार्यरत सुभत अर्यालले भने ।

दुबईबाट आएका सामान लिन दैैनिकजसो विमानस्थल पुग्ने क्रममा आफूले उनीहरूको अवस्था थाहा पाएको अर्यालले फोनमार्फत कान्तिपुरलाई बताए ।

इराकमा त्यही पुगेपछि मात्र भिसा लाग्ने भएकाले विमानस्थलमै सम्बन्धित रोजगारदाता लिन आउनुपर्ने नियम छ । तर पीडित नेपालीलाई दलालले त्यहाँ पुगेर सम्पर्क गर्न भनिएको व्यक्तिको नाम-ठेगाना गलत पाइएको छ ।

अर्यालका अनुसार विमानस्थल प्रहरीको थुनामा रहेका नवलपरासीका छत्रबहादुर क्षेत्री र रूपन्देहीका पारस थापाले आफ्नो नाम पानी पुर्‍याउन गएका त्यही कार्यरत नेेपाली गार्डहरूलाई दिएका थिए । उनीहरूका अनुसार नवलपरासीको रामनगरका रोमनाथ र मुम्बईका नेपाली दलालहरू दिनेश कटुवाल, प्रेम कार्की र अमर बुढाथोकी तथा भारतीय दलाल इब्राहिमले उनीहरूलाई बग्दाद पुर्‍याएका हुन् । त्यहाँ पुग्न उनीहरू प्रत्येकले दलाललाई डेढ लाख रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी दिएका थिए ।

बग्दाद पुग्न उनीहरूले मुम्बईमा दुई महिनाभन्दा बढी कुर्नु परेको थियो । तिनै दलालहरूले इराकमै पठाउन थप ३० नेपालीलाई दुई महिनादेखि मुम्बई राखेको पीडित युवालाई उद्धृत गर्दै अर्यालले बताए । उनीहरू सबैलाई एउटै कम्पनीमा रोजगारी दिने भनिएको थियो ।

'उनीहरूले अहिले आफूलाई नेपाल फर्काउन सहयोग गर्नुपर्‍यो भनिरहेका छन्' अर्यालले भने ।

उनीहरूलाई त्यहीँका केही नेपाली मिलेर खाना उपलब्ध गराउँदै आएको अर्यालले जनाए ।

ती नेपालीलाई जोर्डनबाट चार्टर्ड विमानमा त्यहाँ पुर्‍याइएका हुन् । बग्दाद विमानस्थलबाट व्यावसायिक उडान नभएकाले उनीहरूलाई सजिलै फर्काउन सकिने अवस्था छैन । बग्दादबाट दुबई र जोर्डनसम्म चार्टर्ड विमान मात्र उड्छन् ।

'अलपत्र नेपालीको उद्धार र मुम्बईबाट आउने तयारीमा रहेकालाई रोक्न सरकारले तत्काल पहल गर्नुपर्छ' अर्यालले भने ।

Nepalese government and Man power agency collaborate, and run underground man power supply to Iraq. Man power agencies take each person 3 lakes to 5 lakes for sending to Iraq. Man power agency told them that agency will take them very safe place to work and they will earn high salary.

But it is lie, and when desperate Nepalese get into war zone, they will trap.

When it happen, the best remedy would be people must hunt owners or who run man power agencies and kill them.

Otherwise, these dirty game will never ever stop, and innocent are keep dying and crooks are getting rich by day and nights.

Iraq pays a no. of times more than any other arabian countries. If you follow the news in nepali papers, you'll learn that there're alot of nepali people who're still willing to leave for iraq.

I think it is all manpower co. fault. Feel bad for the poor nepali who traped in their false promises. Manpower co. must be punish for their unhuman behavior.
