Has anyone used e-filing for B2 Extension Visa? The first step is to create an account whichc has two options-Individual (who is applying) and Representative (Needs an orgnisation name). Can one apply choose the selection Individual to file for their parents and give own information or simply create account in parents name. Please advise.

since I feel this is logical and won't violate any rules the representative option seems to be for lawyer

Gothalo, I already created account in my name after selecting Individual. Before starting filling actual form, I had to come across a page called 'Filing Status' which had two options-'I am filing the form for myself or to assist to someone. I am not a Qualified Attorney.' The second bullet was ' I am a Qualified Attorney or Organization Representative'. Obiviously, my selection was first bullet.
After filling all required info of my parents on forms, I came across a page called 'Certify Form' It says 'If someone helped you prepare this petition, he or she must complete part 9'. But I couldnt locate where part 9 is. I called USCIS customer service, they also couldnt locate where part 9 is. Also there is another part to declare that I prepared this petition at the request of above person and it is based on all infomration of which I have knowledge' but after that there are spaces to be filled by Attorney or representative only and ask to provide Firm Name and Firm Address.
I am stuck on this part. I havent filed yet.

but while I log in using user name and password creted it takes me to form I-765 are they same ?
Also how long are your parents here
I have come to know that its better to file within 45 days of the end date of six month

Where is alien number by the way in I-94
is that two digit after I-94

there is no alien number for nonimmigrant visa holder.
