You are asking us to be accomplice in a financial crime. I suggest a sanity check.

I am considering coming to your house and rob your family. I should be able to leave Nepal right after. Since Nepal doesn't have expatriat treaty with US, would I still have problem from Nepal police? Please advise me.

You know (realize) you are a Nepali when .. ..you have a firm belief that you can never get rich unless you steal, lie or cheat.

I am deeply concerned by your problem. I have some Nigerian friends, who might help you with that. Infact, one of them is a Nigerian prince and owns a mining business. He sent me a letter last week but unfortunately it landed in my junk mail. What I suggest you is give them your credit card number and they will in turn help you in bilking the credit card company. Not only that you get your money, but also they will share you any profit they generate from their mining business. On top of that, you will be pre-selected for a lottery they open at the end of every month. It's all legal business- they are registered in accordance to the Nigerian 419 law. Good luck !!

You said you are in India, did you give your mailing address locally or Nepal's.? Now the main question you are trying to ask can they trace you to Nepal? It all depends on the time you signed ( while applying). As other suggested, you want to be rich by six lakh IC ? Good for you.
But there might be some legal way to avoid going back to your home. Instead of asking question here in Sajha, you should have ask some one involved in such business, like Nigerian or Romanian in USA.
You get the money and file bankruptcy, go and spend little money in Casino and calim you lost all or file a police report for money stolen from you apartment or someone snatch away your briefcase. You have to find a bankruptcy law in India as well future consiquencies.
If you have six lakh credit limits, you must have something or involved in some kind of business, then do not be in black list that may hunch you whole your life.
You do your math and find out which is better off, with six lakh or a moral and good ethic? I have heard some Nepali went back home using all their credit limit because they were gone for good. Do you have similar sitution???????? What makes you do decide this idea??

Financial Fraud is a crime that can be brought into trial almost anywhere. So be careful for what you withdraw. The credit card companies will not loose money at any cost, in turn you will loose your sanity and well being. Be careful.

Well with the steps I've outlined you wont be "richer" by 6 lakhs, but you will be able to spend it :D 1. Make your backup plan!! false passport, name change, new birthcertificate, SLC ISC certs, new fingerprints (very important), dye hair, shave eyebrows, get a plastic surgery if necessary. 2. You're ready! Go to all the casinos and clubs and hotels and start spending. Also remember whenever you see an ATM, go and withdraw your daily maximum so that you have cash in hand when ure at the strip club. 3. If I were you, I'd buy a helluva lot of electronics like ipod touch, macbook pro, HTC Hero, Kindle, blah blah blah. 4. Max your credit limit, and remember always try swiping it a couple times more to see if they let you go over your limit by a couple of lakhs. 5. Now that you're broke, and hopefully have a couple of thousand Rs in your wallet, buy a train ticket to Gorakhpur and slip into the border from the surrounding fields (preferably at night). Those thousand or so IC will come in handy if you get caught by SSB. 6. Then from Vairabha catch a bus to Kathmandu, goto your house, convince your people that its really you (it would be wise to bring the shaved eyebrow hair, IF incase they really fail to recognize that its you) and enjoy. The indians will be chasing the ghost of your old identity and you just spend six lakhs of their precious currency!! 6,00,000 ic hmmm =~ $12,000.
