Please don't buy from them. I'm one of the victim of this Nepal Channel. I bought set top box from them to watch Nepali TV channels on my TV last year, paid $320.00 and now a days it just says buffering in every 10 seconds and it stops loading and i can not watch any of the channels. Now they are telling me to buy another set top box.  

We can watch most of the TV serials in internet free of cost. Please don't be victim of this nepal channels just like me.

  

It is working fine now. May be thay had problem before. But it is working fine.

No, still it's not working with the set top box. Are you using the set top box or you are watching in your computer?

I don't know about computer but with the set top box it's not working.  It doesn't make sense to pay another 300 dollar for another set top box with less than 2 year. It's not business but it's a way to rip people. I don't think nepal channel knows how to do business in professional way.

I had sent email to them few days back but still i'm waiting for their response.

Earlier, when i sent them their own receipt of the purchase of the set top box they say they didn't find that in their record how shameful is that.

If it's working for you with your set top box, how old is your set top box? I like to see nepali television channels but this nepal channel is giving me hard time.

              You have a old code on your Box. It works fine with the new code and they have servers installed in US therefore there is no buffering. It is working fine.

Do you know if i can upgrade the code in my current set top box? I don't want to buy another one, next near this nepal channel might ask me to get new set top box again and also they don't provide the manual for the set top box.

Hi AK169,

                 You should try their free trial first to see if you still have buffering on your PC. Buffering might be a slow network issue. Then, if there is no problem with buffering, you can ask them to repalce your box for free. I got mine refreshed because my box worked on the new code. Some old box might not work, therefore they will have to replace it.
