I just read the news in samachar.com that those truck drivers ( Indian, Egyptian,Kenyan) who were taken hostages long before the Nepalese have been released. Howcome they got released and how come the Nepaese who had nothing to do with Iraq get killed? I am pretty surprised. I think this is indeed just a war on religion. I really dont understand this anymore!!!!!!

But i sure do know that Nepal is not going to have its peace any more. We are going to see more curfews, more unstable life, and no development in the country. This really makes me sad....

Not that I think they should've been killed, as well, but this shows that a timely and carefully played diplomacy works. The King's government should make public what it did to obtain the release of the dead 12.

They have indeed started a war about religion. The militants freed three Turkish before calling them "Muslim Brothers". If we go around hurting muslim women and kids in kathmandu, that doesn't make us different than these militants. I am deeply saddened by this incident, may our brothers soul rest in peace.

I am still asking one question instead of spending time on replying to question
rasied by that old Girija for not allowing him to enter VIP lounge when did not
Ministers rush to Jordan and talked to peoples and TVs and tried to free them
much earlier? Did they assume that we will not be harmed? Why? What made
it ?

Why Girija did not speak a single word on releasing the captives before they
were slain? Why he spent more time on getting access to VIP lounge? It shows
how inept is he to catch what is right issue at right time?

Prakash Saran Mahat should have resigned already, but, he is idiot, does not
have dignity, does not have feeling, and is still occuping position, because
he is there to make more money. Such peoples are occupying the power,
and what can you expect from them. We will be humiliated, mutiliated,
killed and they will be busying making money.

Bastards like BRB and Prachanda will be busying planning killing innocents,
and these killers are not different from the Terrorists in Iraq. The BRB and
Prachanda gang killed 10s of thousands of Nepalis almost similar manner
and must be enjoying because the Nepalis were killed for working to Americans,
and thats what Maoists were doing for last 10years using the similar blame
formulas.

Can you expect some thing good from Maoists. I never did, nor will expect in future.

If Indians could resolve the problems, why Nepali govt. did not attemp? Why did
not they fly to Jordan and made an attempt to contact at border and pay attention,
instead of being dependent on Satellite. It is their failure. Direct contact makes
difference and they failed to understand the impact of direct contact.

What do you think a typical day for these politicians? Can someone breakdown for me what they do between 8 and 5?

How many phone call did they try to make outside of the country?

They need to form an independent council and have these matters looked at. What exactly was done (if any) to try to get them free?

When the f**K will something right get done in Nepal?

GP has a good point here. The Nepal government's unwillingness to act in a timely fashion has a big share in this high magnitude misfortune.

What is Prakash Sharan selling his UIC degree for? Just to grab a chair and stick there?
A person is not tested in a university examination hall, but in real life. How did our foreign minister perform?? Too sad!

GP:

YOu raised the right questions. NC central members were busy a meeting to start andolan about the Airport incident. But no one raised the issue of 12 brothers held as hostage. What does that tell you about them?

I'm ready to go to kill our leaders.
Malaai banduk deu ta... ... ...
Ma Chi*ne harulai... ... ...janya chhu.

This is the reason why protestors entered Wagle's House yesterday.
Unfortunately they could not kill him.

bedrock, you are right in some extent but go tell that to the family of the victims, most of them, they were their only child. I tell you this, if i was in Nepal right now, i would be the first one to go burn up the mosque
