It is legal and ok to set up a venue at the same place if the mere intention is not confrontational. Counter protest is a common practice in democratic societies. Let's see an example here:

Those idiots killed unarmed people reguardless of who they were and it was pre-planned. They also shot at group of unarmed civilian, chased and killed them brutally.

Now imagine if this was a group of crowd who were fed up with the MJF terror tactics and were attacked how would anyone have reacted? Or better yet how about if it was the Pahade or people of hill origin who made a meeting to talk about MJF excess committed to Pahade people and they did this to them what would your reaction would of been then?
