Hello people,
Am I the only one? My Gosh, I have such a huge presentation fear. I lose my sleep, and my heart beats faster than anything in this world. I wonder, Why I am like this. IS there anybody, who fits in my shoe? I need advise. I want to go infront of people and say what I want to. But I cannot.. I make a joke out of me. Can I hear some comments on this please. I am waiting for people to boost my confidence.

It could be besause u are not confident about the topic. learn ur stuffs well and when u go there think others are fools (thats doesnt mean u can speak what ever )and just talk about all that u know u will be good. and remember even if u make mistake ppl may laugh at u once but no one is going to remember ur mistake the next hour so dont worry.
Thats one fear everyone has at some point or the other but as u give more and more presentations u will get more confidence.
Good luck.

Yep...abc_n_xyz is right...you need to know the material that you are
going to present inside out. Understand your audience well and have a
feel for what they want to hear from you. Practice, practice and
practice with a friend or in front of a mirror. And what's the worst
that can happen if you screw up...you will still wake up the next day.
Look at it as a learning experience and over time you will master your
presentation skills. The audience does not care about your accent if
you have one...just focus on getting your point across and you will be
fine.
