 Streetlearner,
First, It would have been your best effort if you had specified your subject of interest?? There could be zillion discipline in academic where scholorship is offered by Canadian Universities. Although, I may not be fully aware of Canadian Universites, but the recruting process for graduate students is somewhat same in the US, Canada, and many European Universities.

Having said that, its not a rocket science to look for such opportunities. There are descipline specific societies and also many other wepages that regularly updates scholorship opportunites to future graduate students.

My two cents (take as a criticism and learnign opportunity): NO one in sajha is here to enumerate you tons of those links unless you be more specific on  your major subject of choice/interest. Because you are already raised from your teenagehood be more specific/clear before you sit down to write so that people find it ease in helping you. Plese dont expect any outcome by jolting two words that actually makes no sense.

Once I learn your subject of choice.......I could add few links that could be helpful for you, if your research interest and subject is closely related to mine.

 @ Samvoo,
visit this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp?expand=jobs#jobs to see your eligibility for PR application. Because you are BE from Nepal you could meet the requirement if your education is equivalent to Canadian Univ degree and have 4 year work experience.
Further, surf over this www.cic.gc.ca page and you will find the whole bible teaching you how to migrate Canada if you are skilled worker. Hope this helps.

PS: Sambho, seems you are high on "Gaja" (C-a-n-n-a-b-i-s), if not internet is "sky is the limit"-storage of information. Spend some time to research yourself.  Good Luck :-)
