Dear Sajhaites,
Recently a RFE was received from USCIS regarding a pending TPS application. It says " Submit evidence that the person has been:
1. residing in the US continuously since 06.14.2015.
2. continuously physically present in US since 06.14.2015.
Among the choice of 14 types of acceptable documents as per USCIS, the applicant has only 2 options that seems feasible to produce. They are:
A. attestation by churches, unions or other organizations
B. affidavits from individuals who know you well and who can attest to your residence in the US.
Please share if you have any knowledge about the organization in NYC which helps provide this kind of document, or for an affidavit, what will be the proper language format to express the applicant's continued residence and continued physical presence in the US ?
Thank you for your input.

Get legal service from any Nepali lawyer in NYC. They are all aware and knowledgeable about TPS issue. That's the best advice I can give at this moments, RFE need to be addressed properly, so act carefully.
