G.Ltd, I think the song you are referring to is Katar Katar Ma by Ram Thapa and Tara Thapa. Unfortunately, the CD I had got corrupted and I do not have the song anymore. Maybe someone else will be able to share the song with you. Good Luck.

I myself use Free YouTube to iPod Converter, which also converts YouTube videos to mp3 audio format inspite of the name of the application. I downloaded the software from DVDVideoSoft.com There are a lot of other free conversion utilities.
