 How difficult trek will be to get to Ghandruk or even ABC?

I was thinking of going to nepal and do a trekking to Ghandruk or ABC with few friends. How difficult trek will that be? Can anyone who have done it share their experiences? How long normally a trip to just ghandruk will be or ABC will be?
