 Cheapest way of sending goods to Nepal

Anyone knows a cheap shipping company to send goods to Nepal
I am needing to send 10 Kg worth of goods to Nepal.

Try USPS. I have sent laptops, printers, scanners in the past at various times and their prices was the least compared to DHL, FedEx or UPS. You can estimate out on their website.

When you sent the items, where do folks in Nepal pick it up?
Also do they need to pay taxes for receiving the item?
