Khel Kud Inc is proud to present the summer Cricket community event in Malden, Massachusetts on July 29th and 30th, 2023. We aim to bring the community together through sports. There is no registration fee, and food will be provided to players. Additionally, there will be tons of other fun activities and lots of trophies. Please register yourself using this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdkLMfrSOADRMd9pM3cootPX-wpzAH_hNgag7fhmRqr_ngAsQ/viewform

We understand that Cricket is a team game and many of you may not have a team to play with. Therefore, we are requesting individuals to register so that we can select teams using a random lottery selection.

Q&A

1. I used to play cricket in Nepal but stopped playing many years ago. Not sure if I can play?
A. A lot of players who have already registered come from similar backgrounds. This is an opportunity to meet others, learn new skills, and have fun.

2. I do not know anyone from the event, so I am not sure how to meet other participants.
A. We will have an information desk to assist you, and there will be many friendly faces to talk to. The lottery selection for teams will take place one week ahead of the event, giving you plenty of time to meet and greet other participants.

3. I do not have the transportation to come to Malden, Massachusetts.
A. You can take public transportation to Malden T-Station, and the cricket field is within walkable distance. We will provide you with logistics information after you sign up to register.

4. Are there any specific rules or regulations to be followed during the tournament?
We will follow the rules and regulations set by the International Cricket Council (ICC) and will provide a briefing on the rules before the game.

5. Can I bring my own cricket gear?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own cricket gear. If you do not have your own gear, we will have plenty of extra gear available for you to choose from.

6. What are the prizes?
A. The prize for the tournament includes:
· Man of the match for each game
· Most valuable Batter
· Most valuable Bowler
· Most valuable Fielder

Good initiative. I remember there was a Nepali team called rhinos that was pretty active back in the day. Not sure if they are still around
