Hi Guys,


I was in approved H1B and had job. I got laid off and now I am in F2. If I find a new job, Can I just transfer existing H1B to new job or start over again (apply to H1B and selected in lottory of 65,000 quota) ? Please reply if you know anything about it.

you dont need to start all over again, u can transfer ur H1B to your neew job. but as far as i know, u cant be jobless for more than 2 months while in H1B.
