If you have Google Earth, find Biratnagar and take a close look at it, It shows Jogbani within Biratnagar although the border line is way south.

BULL SHIT,


JOGBANI is in Bihar state of INDIA and Biratnagar. I looked at it in google earth. And GOOGLE EARTH is right. SO yo UNKNOWN kina JANNE bhako,,,
