 Why website of Kantipur is always down?

 Why kantipur website, i.e. ekantipur.com is always down? I try to read news from their site and mostly I find it not functioning well. Some time it shows "error" sometime some random error or sometimes it doesn't load only. They can't even manage a website keep running, how can they provide good and fact based news?
