Maile 4 months agadi Master graduate gare ra bharkharai IT training suru gardai chu. Maile TPS file ahile gare bhane mero f1 status ma problem huncha ki hudaina? Maile h1b file garna paucha ki Paudina? Any advice would be much appreciated . Thanks

TPS and H1 application are not related at all. For H1 you need a minimum of undergraduate degree and a company willing to sponsor and hire you. You can also start your GC process without H1 if the company is willing.
