Maoists call 12 persons
Dhading, 1 May: CPN (Maoist) united revolutionary people's council has asked 12 persons to present themselves before the council, Annapurna Post reports.

Maoists ordered them to present before their government on charges of spying and helping the old state.

Prachanda likely to surface
Kathmandu, 2 May: Maoist chairman Prachanda is likely to appear in Kathmandu after parliament decided to go for a constituent assembly, Dhristi reports.

After it has become certain the government will announce a ceasefire, a source said Prachanda will surface at the Open Air Theater.

Sources said he is near Kathmandu and is in constant touch with leaders of political parties.
