Mine is also pending (masters, vermont, regular). Why is it taking a long time?

Well Pu RU thats not a big help. We already have reciept number. However, concerned regarding the processing time. Thanks for your input anyways.

glad to hear that u've receipt no. i don't have anything on my hand. when i checked murthy today..............it seems preety much over by now.

btw, how did u get the receipt no? my lawyer just told me to wait coz according to him USCIS issue the receipt no if get selected.

I am sorry abt it brother.But I think its time for u to work on the back up plans.I just hate to tell this but this is only suggestion I can give to u right now as u have not received the receipt yet.I read somewhere that USCIS has finished mailing all the receipts.But I still pray for u as miracle happens...But since H1B is not the end of the world, I hope u have some back up plans like OPT extension or CPT.I am assuming most of us have received the receipts abt two months before and we r still waiting on our cases to be processed and praying it will be approved soon.I can imagine how it feels for u, have to go thru' lots of hard time,but still just carry on with back up plans and wish u all the best,u can do it bro.
