Mero h1 application ma RFE ayeko thiyo. Ani company told me they'll take care of my RFE and not to worry about it.  Now all of a sudden,  he brings me a new contract paper and tells me to sign it , as "He says it is " required for my RFE.
I was a little confused so I asked him to show me the RFE. He got pissed and told  me he will withdraw the case if I don;t sign that paper within  the next 10 minutes. I thought he was trying to scare me, so I did not sign it that moment.

Now he calls me again l later and tells me to sign it again and shows me the lawyers email. After that I reluctantly did sign it and sent it to him.

tara bholi palta malai lawyer ley phone garera ,aru alternatives haru khoj na thala bhanera bhanyo.  I was confused . later i got to know that  the company had sent out a letter to USCIS stating to withdraw my case. and then the next day sent out the reply for my RFE along with a letter  asking to reopen the case.

Now the UScis website says : they recieved the reply for RFE and the case is being processed?

Any body gone through this kind of situtaion ? Do u think I will get my h1. If I do not get h1, what are my alternatives?
